3: Press the red button to turn on. PAIR: Pairing button. Short press to turn on/off for Bluetooth, the anti-collision light flashes 3 times when for Bluetooth is turned on, and the red light flashes 3 times when for Bluetooth is turned off. Connect it to the phone.
